Active Audio-Conference control

Dialogue is designed for operational control of conference's status (activation / closing) and settings. The parameters include the port assignment of subscribers and manage their parameters. A number of ports available depends on the conditions of the license agreement.

NOTE: any currently active dialog button is highlighted in green.

The ports reserved for certain subscribers highlighted in red. If for some reason the port is not available, the lower half of its descriptor (port button) is highlighted in yellow. If the data synchronization problem exists while dialogue opening, then an appropriate message is presented.

There are three buttons in the upper part of the window, which define main modes of dialogue:

ConfControl1  viewing and activating of predefined conferences
 ConfControl1  management of active conferences
ConfControl1  the early (on the run) establishment of the conference

If at the time of the dialogue opening there are no registered active conference call, the dialogue displays a list of predefined conferences and button ConfControl1 is disabled. Otherwise, there is an automatic switch to control the active conference.

Select a desired group from the drop-down list (refer to the "Object โ„–33" at the next figure) and under it will be presented a list of short descriptions of the Conferences, currently available for activation and belonging to this group.

CAUTION! already activated conferences, or those descriptions have not been downloaded to the controller will not be presented in the list.

The titles of all ports that belong to the selected conference have a blue background and contain only brief information about the subscriber connected to the ports at the time of activation of the conference. Pictograms ConfControl1 and ConfControl1 represent the "listening / speaking" status of each subscriber. Click the left mouse button while its pointer over the port for detailed information about the subscriber and port settings. Port's number will be highlighted in blue and detailed information will be provided under the list of conference groups, as shown in the figure above. Click again on the selected port button to hide the details.

CAUTION! for all ports except the Communication Operator's, modification โ€‹โ€‹of the element's values in this mode is prohibited. Adjusting of Communication Operator's port is always available.

To activate the required conference call, select it in the list and click the button "Activate".

CAUTION! The maximum number of simultaneously active conferences is limited in accordance with a license, even if the controller's hardware supports more.

After activation of the conference, its name will be removed from the list of predefined not yet activated conferences, and if it is not empty, then the pointer will move to the next element of the group.

Thus, as described above, titles of the ports belonging to a predetermined next conference will be highlighted in blue. Headers of ports of all currently active conferences highlighted in dark gray. At the same time, headers of the ports which conference Communication Operator listening currently are highlighted in white. Therefore, ports โ„–2,3,5 at the figure above have a white background header. However, if port already involved in one of the currently active conferences, but belongs to the another descriptor of not yet been activated predefined conference, its title in playback mode of predefined conferences will have an orange background. On the other hand, even if the port is available, but bound to it subscriber is involved into already activated conference, the header of the port will also have an orange color, because subscriber can participate in only one active conference (see. port 4). So, when you try to activate a predefined conference, such "conflict" ports will be disabled. Activation will be canceled if the number of remaining subscribers less than 2. The Conference also can not be activated if the port of Communication Operator does not work properly. The figure above shows the response message "Conference cannot be activated" when Operator trying to activate the conference, which involves port 4 and port 7. But port 5 currently already involved in another conference. The program refuses to activate conference due to an insufficient number of participants, as there is only one party (port 7).

If ticker must be turned on while conference activating, its icon ConfControl1 will be displayed on the ports during it works. Otherwise, for manual control of the ticker, go to the dialogue of Active Conference Management, where its button will have an icon ConfControl1.

NOTE: If you close the application or the dialogue, active ticker will automatically shut down. Communication Operator automatically connects to the the conference at the moment of it activating.
